Experience doesn't end only within the product itself. Creating product E2E flow map helps the business look at the entire user flows including outside of the product.
Unlike the E2E journey map, this map is only to capture the basic flow of the product and it's open for each team to further use of their need.
Currently I'm working with Data Analysis partners to create a feature data dashboard to quickly map out our success results.

This Major Firm E2E flow map is to plan out team's approach to target the bigger size firms who are in our ecosystem. By viewing this map together as a team, we identify areas we need to improve more.
This map is currently work-in-progress and we will collectively capture VoCs, Barriers as we learn more FY24-FY25.

Creating a In-Product Discovery(IPD) playbook helps team systemizing the process of submitting and accepting the IPD request. By utilizing ecosystem campaign manager tool, team can track each campaign data to measure the success metrics and further discover more efficient patterns and its campaign series.

Currently I'm proposing PTG CM specific login interstitial modal to better communicate new features along with our Marketing team's new feature webpage and out bounding email communications.
